Round out the evening with a tour of our heirloom flower gardens or kitchen gardens that inspire our celebrated chef!

Menu: A Culinary Journey!
First Course
Forbidden Black Rice Salad: Forbidden black rice infused with coconut milk and lemongrass, topped with roasted golden beets, charred tomatoes, and shaved fennel. Finished with a fresh basil citrus vinaigrette and toasted coconut flakes.
Second Course
Slow-Braised, Grilled Baby Back Ribs: Tender baby back ribs glazed with pineapple and mango chipotle for a smoky-sweet flavor. Served with a refreshing slaw of shaved cabbage, radish, green apples, mango, and pineapple, lightly sweetened with honey and brightened with a splash of lime juice.
(Vegetarian Alternative: Grilled king oyster mushrooms or smoked jackfruit paired with the same slaw.)
Third Course
Peach Bread Pudding: Warm bread pudding with caramelized peaches, drizzled with bourbon caramel anglaise. Garnished with candied pecans for a delightful crunch.
