Suite of furniture consisting of a sofa and eight chairs. White painted wood with rush seats and gilt decorations. Probably New York, 1815-1820. Young Collection. According to Young family tradition this furniture was used by Samuel Morse at Locust Grove and was sold with the house in 1900. On display in the Drawing Room.
